Hi there, I'm Harley! I might be 8 years old, but don't tell me that, I've still got a lot of pep in my step! When people come into the room, I get so excited that I hop around like a tiny bunny. It's my happy dance! And walks? Oh, I love them! I strut my stuff like I own the whole world, completely ignoring this "senior" thing people keep talking about.
I've also been told I have diabetes and now I receive 2 injections of insulin every day. I'm very good to get my shots and they make me feel better, too. I'm in a foster home so that I get my injections on time. SAVE and my doctor are working together to get me on the best dose to control my sugars.
